About House of God (album) : House of God is the ninth studio album by King Diamond . The album was remastered by Andy LaRocque and was re-released in 2009 . The album's storyline is loosely based on the legend of Rennes-le-Château. "Upon the Cross he did not die, they tortured him, but he survived," he says . He married Magdalene and founded another dynasty in Southern France . It had a contribution from notable artists like Andy LaRocque,Glen Drover,Paul David Harbour,John Luke Hébert. It had an affiliation to bands - House of God. Its music is influenced by genres - heavy metal.
