"sacramento" By Meredith Axelrod - Guitar Tabs
Tabs for Song : "Sacramento" by Harry Von Tilzer (1907 piano sheet music available online by a simple Google search).
The tab is the arrangement for guitar by Meredith Axelrod as performed in this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EPzS0S5ri0A
Tab is in the Key of C Major. The reference video plays in B Major, achieved by tuning the guitar a whole step down to D Standard tuning. Then add your capo. on 1st f r e t.
Alternatively, you could tune the guitar a half step down to Eb Standard tuning and play in C with no capo necessary.
Strumming pattern largely follows picking the root note as a downstroke on the downbeat (time signature in 2/4).
Then the higher strings can be flammed on a downstroke for the accent. I have tabbed out the sounded notes in the chords only.
Note that the guitar is not playing the vocal melody, but accompanying it rather. So the tab will sould hollow without voicing the lead notes.
I did not sync the exact positioning of the lyrics to the page.
This is my first tab, so please suggest improvements if you spot the need for any! Thanks :)

VERSE 2:
Sun comes out, and the yell goes ringing down the valley
Wild west shout from the top of yonder hill
Cow-boy greets with a loud “Hello!” his sweetheart Sally
His heart beats, when she cries “I’ll be there, Bill.”
PRE-CHORUS 2:
Oh, how he meets her kiss when he greets her
Ain’t she his beau, she don’t say no
Roses are prancing, two hearts are glancing
They feel so happy, happy, as away they go
